Can I Place a Large Order for T-shirts or Other Products?
Yes you can.

Can You fill custom orders?
If you are interested in a custom logo T-shirt order Please email us first
with your questions and we will get back to you and discuss the details of your requests.

I Placed an order! When will i get it?
Once an order is placed, We Have it Shipped from our Warehouse as soon as Possible. Please Allow 2-3 Days for Processing Time.

Orders Are Filled Through Our U.S or China Fulfillment Warehouses.

It typically takes up to 3-5 business days for your order to go out, But usually it’s must faster. For Domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments in 4-7 business days. For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days. China E-Packet takes between 19-39 days and international shipping could take up to 21 days.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes, but keep in mind expedited shipping is subject to higher cost.

My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
Due to the production method we use for some of our products,
We cannot accept all returns. If an Exception is made those Returns are subject to review. So we ask that you Please Know Your Size.

Do I have to pay Customs Fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur Customs Fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. This fee (Custom Fees) are your responsibility.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?
If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 20 business days since you placed your order, Please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your Patience.

A Note for international Customers:
Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the Delivery of Country’s Customs. Each Customs office is different and GoshirtsGo is not responsible for any Custom fees or Tariffs.
